A short introduction to the Somatic Touch certificate program and somatic exercise called earthworm wiggling. This program will launch August 1, 2024. Newly added is a Free 30 minute lecture on understanding the importance of periaqueductal gray (PAG) and vagus nerve relationship in working with trauma such as PTSD/CPTSD. Upon completion students will receive a certificate of completion in being trauma informed and trauma trained as Somatic Touch practitioner. This course is recognized as continuing education with the International Association of Structural Integration (IASI) for 12 continuing education hours in Structural Integration by IASI. It also counts for 12 CEUs in Massage Therapy in New Mexico.
