TRAUMA INFORMED COACHING
In conjunction with another project of mine I offer trauma informed trainings, coaching and mentorship for individuals focusing on body workers seeking support in their fields. The sessions are scheduled in 30 minute increments at $50 a session via Zoom. Mondays from noon to 2 pm Mountain standard time are the current scheduling hours for the trauma informed coaching.

TRAUMA RESPONSES
Even as skilled and experienced practitioners we may find ourselves struggling with processing our own traumas. It is helpful to have a safe place to process and get to the root causes of our own experience.
KNOWING WHO WE ARE
Through knowing who we are we can remember and reclaim the parts of ourselves that have disintegrated. My goal is to support body workers in their process of integration and wholeness.
