“Walk with integrity, speak your truth and live in joy ”

Dr. Kirstie

Heal yourself with the light of the sun and the rays of the moon. With the sound of the river and the waterfall. With the swaying of the sea and the fluttering of birds.

Heal yourself with mint, neem, and eucalyptus. Sweeten with lavender, rosemary, and chamomile.

Hug yourself with the cocoa bean and a hint of cinnamon. Put love in tea instead of sugar and drink it looking at the stars. Heal yourself with the kisses that the wind gives you and the hugs of the rain.

Stand strong with your bare feet on the ground and with everything that comes from it. Be smarter every day by listening to your intuition, looking at the world with your forehead. Jump, dance, sing, so that you live happier.

Heal yourself, with beautiful love, and always remember...you are the medicine.

~María Sabina

María Sabina Magdalena García was a Mazatec curandera, medicine woman and poet who lived in Huautla de Jiménez, a town in the Sierra Mazateca area of the Mexican state of Oaxaca in southern Mexico.

EXPERIENCE

I consider myself a Somatic Medicine practitioner offering an environment to dialogue and access the Soma (Greek derivation is "body") and Rewyld ourselves through a process of integration of wholeness.

My area of expertise is in working with individuals with birth and childhood trauma, chronic pain, Fibromyalgia, scoliosis and pre/postpartum care for moms.

My lineage of training draws on Manual Osteopathy through my trainings and certifications in Structural Integration, Craniosacral, Visceral, Neural and Myofascial Release.

I currently have a waiting list for new clients. Typically I see folks for session work with a minimum of 3 sessions. Thus it takes a while to get in to see me so that I can take care of current clients.  My current wait list is under one month. Sometimes I can get new clients in sooner but this not guaranteed. The work I do does require more than one session as it focuses on transformation and supporting the health in your system.

I see clients on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday only. Current clients may book on line at anytime.

If you prefer to not wait you can go to the New Mexico SI practitioner page and anyone listed under UNM-Taos SI Program was trained by me.

COST:

  • First Session is $200 for 90 minutes to 2 hours.

  • Regular sessions are $165 for 75 minutes.

  • Short sessions of Manual Osteopathy are $80 for 30 minutes and I see children (0-12 yrs) on sliding scale for $50 for 30 minutes (parents must be present for treatment).
