I just read the article "Fascia & Bones: Unpacking the Mystery" by Kirstie Segarra, and I must say that it explains the complexities of anatomy and the relationship between fascia and bones in a very interesting way. I liked how the author broke the topic down into easy-to-understand parts and even provided a link to a podcast for those who want to hear it in a conversational format.
